About Shiloh

The Shiloh Housing Project is a community based initiative focused on providing a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk youth, particularly those affected by poverty, violence, and family breakdowns in the city of Yakima. Our main mission is the Agape Youth Center (AYC), which offers after-school and summer programs designed to engage children in positive activities and provide them with essential support. The project plans to expand by creating four different homes, each focused mentoring, training, and/or community building. Our goal is to reach young people in the broken parts of our city by fostering spiritual growth while guiding them toward academic and career success at the same time. We feel called to bring about the Lord’s work by mentoring youth from broken families and integrating them into a caring and supportive community.

Our mission is to give back to our community through empowering our youth and representing the love of God.

“These homes will be a place where people can come together and live in community, build community, and from that community, go out and impact our neighborhood.”
